Kincardine District Secondary School Tech Teacher, Greg Shipp, shows off the precision work of his grade 10 students who have used the school's CNC (computerized) router to prepare the donor boards commemorating those who have donated time and/or funds to creating the Bruce Botanical Food Gardens. Incredible job!!! Approximately 1/2 of the class of 20 students worked on the project. We can't thank KDSS enough. And they used the ends of wood from another project to prepare the boards. Have to love reuse!
We have developed this project as a sustainable community development to build resilience, self-sufficiency, and food security in its Host Community-Ripley-and within Bruce County
