Potential Partnerships

There area vast number of partnerships that can be established through the programming opportunities offered through the Garden project The following is a preliminary list of potential participants
 
Potential Public/Private Partnerships

-The Penetangore Regional Economic Development Corporation
-Provincial and Federal Government agencies
-The Business Community within the Host Municipality
-The Business Community in other municipalities in Bruce County
-Credit Unions
-A regional insurance company
-Grey-Bruce Health Unit
-YMCA Family Services
-Mental Health Association
-Canadian Seed Companies
-Municipal Libraries
-The County of Bruce
-and strategically, The Host Municipality 

 From an agri-tourism perspective there should be close alliances built with:

-Bruce County/Grey County Tourism
-The Bruce County Heritage Farm
-Foodlink Grey and Bruce
-Grey Bruce Ag and Culinary Association
-The Rural Gardens of Grey and Bruce

Educationally, there should also be partnerships established with:

-numerous post secondary institutions-University of Guelph/Western Ontario , Fanshawe College/St. Lawrence/Fleming/Georgian/Lambton Colleges,  McMaster/Ryerson Universities
-The Bruce County and Grey County Museums
-Farmer’s Associations and farm start up organizations (OFA, NFU, FarmStart,Canadian Organic Growers as example) 
-Horticultural/Agricultural Societies
-And importantly, The Bluewater District School Board
