The Bruce Botanical Food Gardens hosts a variety of workshops throughout the season that are both fun and educational. Some of our past workshops include lavendar wreath making, guided meditation, container planting and how to use comfrey.
For information on upcoming workshops, watch our social media pages or if you have an idea for a future workshop contact gardenmanager@bbfg.org
Kids workshops are generally held every Thursday morning during the summer. Visit our social media pages for the current list of workshops and sign up details!
Every spring extra seeds and plants are made available for the public to add to their own gardens.
For information, watch our social media pages or contact gardenmanager@bbfg.org
Produce is picked and available in our market stand every Wednesday morning from 10 am to 12 pm, while in season.
Every Wednesday at 12:30 pm, following the market, we demonstrate how to cook using our mud oven. You do not want to miss the delicious samples! The mud oven is also available for rent after the demonstration. Contact gardenmanager@bbfg.org for details.
